焼いたもち米のソーセージ（大腸）を切り開き、パンのように豚肉ソーセージ（小腸）を挟んだ台湾式ホットドッグ。ニンニクや漬物、甘いソースを添えて。比較的新しい屋台の発明ながら、その大胆な発想で一躍人気者になりました。

A grilled glutinous-rice sausage (the "big intestine") split open and used like a bun around a pork sausage (the "small intestine") — Taiwan's answer to the hot dog. It comes with garlic, pickles and sweet sauce. A relatively modern stall invention, its bold idea made it an instant hit.
